Farm Operations Specialist

Responsible for the overall daily farm operation activities by working closely with farm leaders and poultry caretakers to ensure feeds program, bird mortality and weighing of the bird flocks are in accordance to best practices. Consistently identify opportunities for process improvement at the farm to achieve the desired Performance Index.
