Human Resource Assistant, Account Assistant, Admin Operation, Cook

HR Assistant:
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Account Assistant:
• Receive and verify the validity of invoices
• Indexing/ data entry of invoices in SQL Accounting System
• Prepare and issue PO to vendors
• Obtain appropriate approval for non PO invoices based on company Delegation of Authority
• Ensure staff claims are verified in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Ensure payments are executed on timely manner and accurately as well as in compliance with company policies & procedures and controls.
• Handle audit queries related to invoices and accounts payable
• Handle and resolve vendor and internal staff queries pertaining to invoice and payment
• Payment clearing is done on time to ensure accounts always reflect the current state

Admin:
• HQ/Outlets
- Managing outlets equipment and place orders such as kitchen/office equipment, office stationery, etc.
- Maintain office facilities, e.gg air cond, lighting, door system, etc.
- Maintain office equipment, e.g. photocopier, printing, key phone system, etc
- Manage office stationery
- Prepare regular reports on maintence, reports on expenses such as outlets utilities expenses, business renewal license/new outlet license.
- Administrative of Company Information System and support our daily office procedures.
- Liaise with our outsource information system/ post system technician to ensure orders/job are processed and delivered on time.
- Manage and update the price in system and price tag in the existing/new outlets.
• Others
- Take meeting minutes and disseminate to teams for execution.
- To keep track of relevant documents, records and maintain proper filing.
- Any other job/task assigned by superior from time to time.

Cook:
• Cooking fresh-to-order dishes during service
• Preparing, cooking and plating food to high standards
• Assisting the team to maintain food quality, minimize food waste and manage cost control
• Following standard recipes and procedures
• Washing and cleaning to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen at all times
• Completing other tasks and duties, as necessary by management
