E-Marketing

Develop and execute online marketing and promotional strategies, campaigns, events, and plans.
Acquiring merchants and brands and establish close relationships with assigned accounts.
Negotiate best margins, advising merchants on ho to market strategy on new products/assortment/offerings.
Monitoring and optimizing daily sales and product availability for your merchant accounts.
Work as a team to develop, conceptualize, plan and execute both offline and online campaigns and events and facilities campaign mechanics proposal to evaluate and identify mechanics for approval and post-mortem analysis.
Develop and implement marketing activities and promotions to increase sales and customer acquisition.
To negotiate deals with merchants and curate SKU for both offline and online campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and others as required.
Monitor and analyze merchant's performance and input improvement/action plan.
Identify and manage merchant related issues and provide solutions for process in order fulfillment, online inventory management, product assortment, and product offerings.
Maintain and administrate website, facebook, instagram, etc.
Monitor and provide training to the customer service team to continuously improve shoppers' experience and satisfaction.
Update store location in Google, Facebook, Websites, Instagram for location-based targeting purposes.
Execute email blasting as scheduled, email automation and CRM by using analytical data target audience accurately and setting up the template based on the significant needs of each campaign to ensure timely EDM delivered.
Generates and analyzes all online marketing data including budget spent over traffic performance and campaign performance over ads objective that could provide insight in planning future digital marketing strategy.
Manages daily social posting to ensure an active digital marketing status.

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin/Cantonese (added advantage).
Demonstrate the ability to influence others and negotiation skills.
Ability to be multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet tight deadlines and long-hours as e-commerce is a 24/7 fast business.
Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Team spirit and enthusiasm about retail e-commerce.
Possess high integrity and values in work ethics.
Possess own transportation.
