* Receive and reply to all customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, reservations and event requests made via hotline.

* Write engaging and relevant content for various social platforms.

* Monitor online conversations and brand mentions to assess brand perception and sentiment.

* Compile and manage the customer database so as to maintain up-to-date information and enable effective use of such information.
