E-commerce Operation Executive

To grow e-commerce operations across different markets, to drive company products and brand by getting more traffic to websites, 3rd party online marketplaces (e.g.: Lazada, Shopee, Zalora etc) as well as the flagship brand store.

Job Description:

- Working with the Marketing and Business Development team to develop and grow the e-commerce operation across different markets with the digital platforms.
- Maintain smooth functionality and update the company’s websites to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.
- Driving company products on 3rd party online marketplaces as well as in-house online stores
- Identify 3rd party online advertising and promotional opportunities, monitoring their success and ROI
- Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across digital portfolio
- Coordinating the day-to-day operation execution includes managing the content, stock price, and fulfilment such as order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Responsible for day-to-day running of social media channels broadcast and responsive accordingly.
- Manage all enquiries from customers, service quality and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications / Multimedia or equivalent.
- The candidate must have at least 1 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
- Proven knowledge and experience within B2C Digital media marketing campaigns.
- Able to demonstrate recent examples of how he/she has delivered a successful digital marketing campaign by providing details.
- Candidates who are willing to do LIVE or host a webinar will be added advantage.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English due to the nature of business.
- Spoken and written Chinese is added advantage
